Waterline Services

Precision-Based Waterline Services for Leak Detection, Location, and Repair

Waterline issues can lead to reduced pressure, system inefficiencies, or hidden water damage if not diagnosed and repaired correctly. We offer complete waterline services focused on accuracy, safety, and long-term functionality—whether you're dealing with an active leak or need a new line installed to spec.

    Water Leak Detection

Uses non-invasive tools and pressure testing to locate hidden leaks under slabs, behind walls, or underground. Helps isolate the issue without unnecessary excavation or drywall removal.

    Water Line Locating

Traces the full path of existing waterlines before any digging, trenching, or construction takes place. Prevents accidental damage and supports accurate planning for rerouting, repairs, or upgrades.

    Water Line Repair

Fixes damaged or corroded water lines caused by age, shifting soil, or improper past installation. Restores pressure and flow while bringing the system back to code standards.

    Water Line Installation

Installs new water supply lines using approved materials and proper trenching methods. Ensures correct depth, slope, and tie-ins for long-term performance and leak prevention.

What to Expect During a Waterline Service Appointment

Waterline issues can be difficult to diagnose without proper tools and a structured process. Our approach prioritizes accurate detection, code-compliant repair or installation, and minimal disruption. Whether it’s a leaking supply line or a planned installation, each step is designed to deliver a reliable result that holds up over time.

  • Initial Assessment

We begin by reviewing symptoms like low pressure, visible pooling, or spikes in water usage. If the issue isn’t obvious, we use acoustic sensors, pressure testing, or electronic line tracing to locate the leak or define the system layout.

  • Scope & Quote

Once we confirm the problem or planned route, we provide a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, material requirements, expected timeline, and access points. For repairs, we determine whether spot fixes or line replacement is the best option.

  • Service Execution

Repairs and installations are done using code-approved materials and proper techniques for depth, bedding, and pipe joining. We avoid shortcuts like shallow trenching or unsupported joints to ensure long-term reliability and flow consistency.

  • Final Testing & Confirmation

After work is completed, we test the line under pressure to verify flow, check for leaks, and ensure secure connections. We backfill properly and document any key access points or cleanouts for future reference.

We needed a new water heater and JD quickly came to my house and gave me a great quote on a new Rheem professional classic plus electric water heater (model PRO+E50 T2 RH95 EC1), in addition to the installation of a pressure regulating valve and expansion tank. Within a few days (mostly my delay) he and his team came to install it and do the other work. He was very courteous, communicated well, and thoughtful to take care of our house and property. Our old unit was facing an awkward position in the attic, so he changed the direction of the new unit so that it is much easier to maintain and service while also replacing and adding some plywood decking. He even showed me how to make a minor plumbing repair on one of our bathtubs. I will definitely call him and Savior Service Co. for plumbing work in the future.

I will definitely use Savior Service Company for all of my needs in the future! We thought we would be without water for the weekend or longer. But we called today (on a Friday afternoon) and they were busy but the owner himself showed up within a couple of hours and we had water again. Very respectful and professional. We need more companies like this! Honest and reliable quality work!

This is our second time to use Savior for plumbing problems that have emerged as our house has gotten older and plumbing problems start to pop up. They did a great job both times! I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem in the Austin/Cedar Creek area. They helped us to understand what was going on with the plumbing in our house and worked to help prevent more problems from happening in the future. Most recently, they went the extra distance to fix the problem with our hot water heater, coming out after hours to get the job done. Well done!

Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers to common questions about our Waterline Services, process, and system requirements.

How do I know if I have a waterline leak?

Unexpected increases in water usage, reduced pressure, pooling in the yard, or the sound of running water when fixtures are off are all signs of a potential leak. A licensed technician can perform an inspection to confirm the location and severity of the issue.

Can you locate waterlines without digging?

Yes. In many cases, we can use electronic line locating equipment to trace the path of buried waterlines. This helps us plan repairs or installations with greater accuracy and avoid unnecessary disruption to landscaping or structures.

What causes waterlines to fail over time?

Waterlines can break down due to corrosion, soil movement, poor installation, or outdated materials. Shallow burial depth or lack of bedding can also lead to stress fractures or leaks as the ground shifts.

Do you replace sections or full waterlines?

It depends on the condition and location of the problem. If a single area is compromised, a targeted repair may be appropriate. In cases of aging material or multiple failures, full replacement is often more reliable.
