Code-Compliant Commercial Plumbing for High-Use, Multi-Fixture Systems

Plumbing in commercial spaces requires more than just standard repairs. It demands attention to pressure zones, fixture load, system access, and durability under constant use. We handle everything from code updates and equipment replacement to scheduled upkeep, ensuring your systems operate reliably and meet inspection requirements.

    System Diagnostics

We assess supply and drain systems for flow issues, fixture malfunctions, and aging components. Ideal for facilities experiencing inconsistent pressure or repeated failures.

    Fixture & Valve Replacement

We replace worn or non-compliant fixtures, shutoffs, and backflow prevention devices using commercial-grade parts that meet current standards.

    Code & Compliance Upgrades

We bring plumbing systems up to commercial code, including ADA-compliant fixture installations, drainage corrections, and access point adjustments.

    Repiping & Line Replacement

We replace aging or undersized supply and drain lines to improve flow, reduce risk of failure, and meet modern fixture demands across high-traffic areas.

    Commercial Remodel Plumbing

We handle plumbing layout changes for buildouts, tenant improvements, and space conversions, working closely with GCs and facility managers.

    Ongoing Maintenance Service

We provide scheduled service plans that include inspections, valve checks, system testing, and repair planning to reduce downtime and keep systems operating reliably.

A commercial plumber for small businesses and property managers

A plumbing problem at a business costs more than the repair. A clogged kitchen drain can close a restaurant for the afternoon, and a leak in a tenant space turns into calls, complaints, and damaged inventory. Savior Service Plumbing Company works as a commercial plumber for restaurants, retail shops, offices, churches, small multifamily buildings, property managers, and general contractors across Central Texas. Master plumbers JD Salinas and Stephen Warren lead the work, and the same people who plan the job are the ones on site doing it.

What separates commercial plumbing from work in a home is not the pipe. It is the stakes: more fixtures in use, more people affected by a shutoff, inspectors and health departments with their own requirements, and a business that has to keep running while we work. Everything on this page is about handling those parts well.

Grease traps and kitchen drain lines

For restaurants and commercial kitchens, the grease trap is the piece of plumbing that causes the most trouble. A trap that is undersized for the kitchen, missing a baffle, or cleaned too rarely lets grease pass into the drain line, where it cools, hardens, and builds up until the drain backs up during service. We install and replace grease traps, fix the baffles, lids, and piping around them, and clear the kitchen lines that feed them. If you want to know what an inspector looks at when they open your trap, along with how sizing and cleaning frequency fit together, we wrote that up separately.

When a kitchen drain keeps clogging, routine drain cleaning with a cable opens it back up, but only for a while. Hydro jetting scours the grease off the full width of the pipe, and a camera inspection afterward shows whether the pipe is clean, sagging, or damaged. If the problem is further out, the same camera inspection follows the sewer line to the city connection so we can see what a repair would involve. Our sewer and drain services cover jetting, camera work, and sewer line repair for every commercial property we serve.

Backflow testing for your commercial property

Most businesses have at least one backflow prevention assembly, on the domestic water line, an irrigation system, or equipment like ice machines and soda dispensers. These assemblies keep water from flowing back into the public supply, and the testable ones need to be checked on the timeline your water provider sets, which is often yearly. When a test is due, we test the assembly, repair or rebuild it if it fails, and give you the paperwork your provider asks for.

New assemblies come up during remodels, change of use, and new construction. We install the right type for the hazard and set it where it can be reached for testing later, which saves you trouble every year after.

Restroom and fixture upgrades

Commercial restrooms take far more use than a bathroom at home, and the problems show it: flush valves that run, sensor faucets that quit, urinals that clog, and shutoff valves nobody can turn. We repair and replace commercial fixtures, flush valves, and supply lines, and we handle full restroom upgrades when a building needs to meet current code or a new tenant needs a different layout.

Here is what we look at before recommending a fixture upgrade:

  • How many people use the space and when, so fixtures are chosen for the actual load
  • Whether the existing supply and drain lines can carry the new fixtures
  • Code and accessibility requirements that apply to the space
  • Parts availability, so a future repair does not mean replacing the whole fixture

Plumbing repair and repiping in occupied buildings

Older buildings have older pipe, and leaks, low pressure, and rusty water tend to show up across several units at once. Sometimes the right answer is a handful of plumbing repairs. Sometimes the pattern of failures says the supply lines need to be replaced. We walk the building, test pressure, and look at the history before recommending anything, and we explain the choice in plain terms with a free written estimate after the on-site assessment.

When repiping is the answer, we plan it so the building stays usable. That means working in sections, shutting off water to as few tenants as possible for as short a time as possible, and giving managers a written plan they can share with tenants ahead of time. A commercial water heater gets the same planning, since a heater replacement in a laundry room or restaurant has to be timed around the people who depend on hot water. We also offer preventative maintenance on water heater, valve, and fixture systems so small problems get caught on a regular visit instead of during your busiest week.

Commercial plumbing for new construction and finish-outs

We work with general contractors and owners on new construction and remodel plumbing, from underground rough-in through top-out and final fixture setting. We read the plans, coordinate with the other trades on the schedule, and build to code so inspections go smoothly. Finish-outs and change-of-use projects are a big part of this, since a space that was retail yesterday may need a kitchen, restrooms, a grease trap, and backflow protection tomorrow.

Growth along the corridor between Austin and San Antonio keeps this work coming, especially in fast-growing towns like San Marcos, and in Bastrop County, where new storefronts and offices keep opening.

Plumbing services scheduled around your business

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Within those hours, we plan shutoffs and noisy work for your slowest times, keep the work area clean and contained, and tell you before we start how long each part will take. Property managers get one point of contact and a written summary of what we found and what we did. That is how we work for businesses in Bastrop, where our shop is, and across the surrounding counties.

If you manage homes as well as commercial space, our residential plumbing team handles the houses too. For a plumbing repair, a backflow test, or an upcoming project, call Savior Service Plumbing Company at (512) 964-9618 or request a quote and our team will set up a time to see the site.

What to Expect During a Commercial Plumbing Service Appointment

Commercial plumbing work often takes place in occupied or time-sensitive environments. We schedule carefully, coordinate with other trades when needed, and complete work to spec while maintaining clean, professional job sites.

  • Initial Walkthrough

We meet onsite to inspect the issue, review system layout, and discuss usage demands. For buildouts or projects, we review plans and confirm specifications.

  • Scope & Estimate

You receive a clear estimate detailing work to be done, timeline, and access requirements. We plan for off-hours or phased work if needed to avoid disruption.

  • Service Execution

We complete repairs, upgrades, or installations using commercial-grade materials and methods. All work is performed to code and documented for your records.

  • Final Testing & Follow-Up

We test the system under load, verify flow and fixture performance, and walk the space to confirm all work is complete. If requested, we create a maintenance outline.

We needed a new water heater and JD quickly came to my house and gave me a great quote on a new Rheem professional classic plus electric water heater (model PRO+E50 T2 RH95 EC1), in addition to the installation of a pressure regulating valve and expansion tank. Within a few days (mostly my delay) he and his team came to install it and do the other work. He was very courteous, communicated well, and thoughtful to take care of our house and property. Our old unit was facing an awkward position in the attic, so he changed the direction of the new unit so that it is much easier to maintain and service while also replacing and adding some plywood decking. He even showed me how to make a minor plumbing repair on one of our bathtubs. I will definitely call him and Savior Service Co. for plumbing work in the future.

I will definitely use Savior Service Company for all of my needs in the future! We thought we would be without water for the weekend or longer. But we called today (on a Friday afternoon) and they were busy but the owner himself showed up within a couple of hours and we had water again. Very respectful and professional. We need more companies like this! Honest and reliable quality work!

This is our second time to use Savior for plumbing problems that have emerged as our house has gotten older and plumbing problems start to pop up. They did a great job both times! I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem in the Austin/Cedar Creek area. They helped us to understand what was going on with the plumbing in our house and worked to help prevent more problems from happening in the future. Most recently, they went the extra distance to fix the problem with our hot water heater, coming out after hours to get the job done. Well done!
